How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. Any minimum purchase requirements will be displayed at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Will I have to pay duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
My package says delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
We recommend checking around your property, with household members, building management, or neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will do our best to assist.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
